No. Please do not attempt to clean anything, this is part of the luxury of renting - we take care of it all. We have trusted dry cleaners that take care of all of our garments. The first/standard clean for each garment is included in the rental price so there are no extra fees, unless extra cleaning is required. Yes we can! We offer Australia wide express postage starting at an additional $15 each way ($30 for return postage). This is pending Australia posts rates, and may vary depending on the size of the chosen garment. All weekend postal bookings, must be confirmed by Wednesday's at 12pm, to ensure it arrives in time. A bond is applied to protect yourself and us from any unnecessary out of pocket costs, in the case an item is damaged, lost or stole. We use bonds to ensure that the garment is respected and taken care of whilst in the renters care, so that it is returned on time and damage free. Once we have inspected the garment after its been returned, and we are happy with its condition, the bond will then be refunded to you.
