How To Hire

Once you have browsed our website, if you have decided you would like to go ahead and book in a rental, here's what to do next:

• Send us a DM on Instagram (@cdg.rentals.melbs), detailing which rental you would like to book in (sometimes is easiest to send us a screenshot), and the date of your event that you would like to hire it for.

• Once we have confirmed it's availability, we will send you a breakdown of the fees involved and how to pay for your hire. This can be via bank transfer or Pay ID.

• We will also ask for a photo of your government issued ID to secure your booking, for the security of the garment.

• You also must acknowledge that you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions, prior to booking in your hire.

• Once you have done these 3 things, your booking has been made!

• We will then organise how you will collect your rental. Please note if you have chosen postage or delivery, this should be discussed prior to payment as additional fees apply.

• You then will collect/receive your garment on the organised day and it is yours to enjoy! 

• Please treat the garment as your own and with respect whilst it's in your care.

• Tag us in your photos for $5 off your next rental!!

• Then please return your rental the following day of your event, unless discussed prior.

• Once we have checked over the rental and washed if required, we will then message you regarding your bond.

It's as simple as that!
