How To Hire
Hiring with us is simple and stress free! Here's a simple guide on how to get your rentals booked in x
Booking in a rental with CDG Rentals Melbourne:
Once you have browsed our website, if you have decided you would like to go ahead and book in a rental, here's what to do next:

Send us a DM on Instagram (@cdg.rentals.melbs), detailing which rental you would like to book in (sometimes is easiest to send us a screenshot), and the date of your event that you would like to hire it for.

Once we have confirmed it's availability, we will send you a breakdown of the fees involved and how to pay for your hire. This can be via bank transfer or Pay ID.

We will also ask for a photo of your government issued ID to secure your booking, for the security of the garment.

You also must acknowledge that you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions, prior to booking in your hire.

Once you have done these 3 things, your booking has been made!

We will then organise how you will collect your rental. Please note if you have chosen postage or delivery, this should be discussed prior to payment as additional fees apply.

You then will collect/receive your garment on the organised day and it is yours to enjoy!

Please treat the garment as your own and with respect whilst it's in your care.

Tag us in your photos for $5 off your next rental!!

Then please return your rental the following day of your event, unless discussed prior.

Once we have checked over the rental and washed if required, we will then message you regarding your bond.
It's as simple as that!
